This project was researched and converted from a facilitation training to Computer based training. I accessed the situation and determined that it would be feasible to convert it because there were 412 technicians with numerous shifts days. Training was also an OSHA requirement as well. I designed this in Captivate and converted it to run on the Learning Management System called Success Factors. It is still in use today and is assigned to all technicians.
